"How we work"

Most clients begin the design process through an on-site consultation with our designers. This visit will focus on the individual needs of the client. Each visit is distinct but will include budget and design style discussion, measurements, and photos. Consultations usually take about 1 to 1 ½ hours. Once the scope of the project is determined, we will prepare a proposal for the client outlining our estimated fees to accomplish the design work. This will include design fees only and bids for further work once the proposal is accepted and the specified retainer paid will be separate. Once we receive client approval and retainer we go to work preparing presentation materials for the project. These materials may include furniture and materials selections, sketches, elevations for custom work, architectural renderings, floor-plans and budgets. This is the exciting part! Client’s will be able to see their project virtually “come to life” and the dream begins to become a reality!
